Ceema contractor

Excellent service

I have been contracting with Ceema for just over 6 months now and have found the service provided specifically by Neil Freeman to be excellent.

He has provided great support through out my time as a contractor with Ceema and has proved to have a great understanding of his customer's environment as well as his contractors and as a result of this is able to marry the two together very well.

He is an approachable knowledgeable individual who will endeavour to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Neil has recently secured another 6 month contract with an employer I have worked with for 6 months. He has worked hard to ensure that the rate is competitive and directly reflects the role required by the employer. I also get the sense that I am not being ripped off where the recruiter is pocketing a large percentage whilst my rate remains the same.

In light of the above I would not consider contracting for another agency - again this is due to the relationship that Neil has built up with myself as his contractor and equally with his customer the employer.

Neil is a great advertisement for the Ceema as a recruitment organisation.
